Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

Although Card Oni uses inventory management systems to minimise discrepancies, simultaneous sales across multiple sales channels, inventory adjustments, or technical errors may occasionally result in a product becoming unavailable after an order has been placed.

Where this occurs, Card Oni may cancel the affected portion of an order and provide an appropriate refund.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Card Oni website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Trading cards and collectibles are subject to market fluctuations. Card Oni does not guarantee the future market value, investment performance, liquidity, or resale value of any product.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Card Oni.

An order is accepted once Card Oni dispatches the products or otherwise confirms acceptance.

Prior to acceptance, Card Oni may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there are:

pricing or listing errors;
inventory discrepancies;

suspected fraudulent activity;
breaches of these Terms; or
circumstances outside Card Oni's reasonable control that prevent the order from being fulfilled.
